Will the second live stream still go live today? The VOD player is different so it doesn't really help on this end

@Oakwood - I'd set the primary to 30 and the backup to 60

Strategy for tomorrow, on my backup player, should I set that player's live delay to say 30 secs in case I need to switch? Oh and on the VOD, watching Todd at .5 speed is fantastic.

@Oakwood - that is correct. Any issues with the feed currently are on our end.

For Clarification, we are not running the feed for the test, but the VOD content. So, if we do have the feed up and it starts lagging, should we be concerned?

That's correct. The first time I open VOD on 2 different computers, the 3 videos at the bottom started playing as well as the VOD I chose. subsequent times I logged in, even in an incognito window, they did not play. In both cases the browser was Chrome.

@Noble, Yes - that is where the feed will be. If you are able, please contact your IT department to ask them to unblock.

When I click Eastern Feed it is blocked by my network. That is where the live feed will be tomorrow correct?

@Crossroads - there is no CC on the VOD content

GLN Operator, SVA00488 was been listed as Eastern Time Zone all the previous weeks, but today I logged in to Dashboard and it is showing us in Central. That won't work for our schedule. Are you able to move us back to Eastern?

Question: On the VOD should the closed captions be working? It's not working for me and we had one guest request CC.

@Oakwood - Thank you for letting us know. We haven't seen that on our end, or from other sites. Would you be willing to open the VOD page in a different web browser to see if the results are the same?

I have had this happen twice on different computers, when you log in to the VOD site the first time, all the videos at the bottom start playing as well as the VOD content you choose. I have had to scroll down and stop those videos before bringing up the VOD in your room. It is crazy hearing 4 videos play at once.

Creekside - the best way is to open the broadcast link in a separate tab

@Oakwood Please use the VOD for testing. We are not using webstream currently for testing at sites.

@Building Hope In The City - there is content from today in VOD for you to view and test with. Stick with the VOD for now and we will update throughout the day.

Will there be testing today of actual live broadcast content? Or is the 11:15a published start what we see in VOD for today?
